I had the opportunity to get a real estate photography business owner on the phone to discuss the business. Dave is from Alaska, and he currently has 11 team members in his business, and they are doing about 200 photoshoots per month. Dave reached out to me with a question about hiring employees as contractors, and about coaching. We covered both of those topics and more.
