On June 27, 1996, Delaware Governor’s secretary Anne Marie Fahey had dinner with prominent attorney Thomas Capano and was never seen again. Her body was never recovered, and investigators had no murder weapon, but Anne Marie’s diary, Capano’s own family and a crucial piece of evidence recovered from the ocean slowly revealed what happened.
