It's April Fools Day and it's Carbon Tax Increase Day! It's unlucky timing for the tax increase, with gas prices through the roof Conservatives will be on a rampage of blame. The budget drops on April 7th, expect it kick off a serious debate on defence spending and present the first real test to the NDP-Liberal Confidence and Supply Agreement.
