Kombucha tea has become many people’s drink of choice, and nowadays you’ll see various brands populating the beverage aisle of your local grocery store. One of the earliest pioneers of the drink, Health-Ade, started back in 2012, when Vanessa Dew took a leap of faith and started a business with her best friends. Despite the risks, she decided to leave her career in pharmaceuticals to start brewing kombucha at home.
