May is National BBQ Month and May 16 is designated as National BBQ Day so we reached out to a few friends to talk good barbeque and everything in between. Eddie Wright from Eddie Wright BBQ calls in a gives great tips for the novice and pro griller alike. Then we hear from the prominent voice on black barbeque and author of Black Smoke, Adrian Miller. Also, Malcolm and Carol welcome more hot dog comments and interpretations.
