Kris struggled with issues of perfectionism, shame, control and a host of other emotions familiar to many of us, which she, without coincidence, learned how to manage. In this second part, we focus more on grief as Kris, on top of her cancer, had to deal with a terminally ill father, financial pressures, the pandemic and more. Kris soon realized how much we all grieve in this lifetime, whether it's a cheating spouse, a miscarriage, a death or even a life transition. As I said after part one, Kris offered so much that I've already invited her back.
