Heather Colquhoun

Thanks for joining me for this week's episode of One For The Road. This week I am joined by Heather Colquhoun. Heather made the decision to go sober over 12 months ago and created an Instagram account to offer support to others in their journey. Her decision came from a mixture of health problems and the death of her best friend Nikki. As such she set up her page to commemorate her friend, called dear_niknak, and discuss the effect of alcohol on those struggling with addiction and the families desperate to help.
