Steelers and Packers both miss out on playoffs!!

NFL Week 18 recap, Many teams won when they needed but.. Many teams missed out on the playoffs as well. Wow week 18 finished and there were many teams who did as much as they could and still didn't make the playoffs.. We also talk who got FIRED?! Lions had a dream season for the lions, Patriots lose to the bills but they had no shot, Packers lose the last game to miss playoffs, Jets lose which leads to the Steelers missing the playoffs.
