In the early days of my parenting journey, I was all about activities and productivity, I wanted to get things done! I tried to fix my own childhood through my motherhood. I was providing everything for these kids, home-cooked meals, extracurricular activities, play dates, and structure but I was missing one big thing. And when I discovered it, everything changed.
