In PART 1 of this TWO-PART SERIES, Karim has the pleasure of speaking with Tommy Moore about the use of psychedelics in mental health.  Tommy is a qualified nutritionist and exercise scientist. He has a bachelor of Sports Science from Deakin University, is currently undertaking a Master of Neuroscience and managing multiple podcasts including Mind Body Plants and Mind Medicine. In this episode, Karim and Tommy discuss the use of psychedelics in treating Major Depressive Disorder and PTSD. They also talk about the stigma around psychedelics and why the medical community has been slow to take up their use in treating mental health disorders. Listen along to learn about how psychedelics might change the future of mental health disorder management.
