Lindsay Clancy Murder Trial

In this episode we discuss the case of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts vs. Lindsay Clancy. Lindsay is being prosecuted for murder for the killing her three children. She contends that she is not criminally liable because at the time of the killings she was legally insane, suffering from post partum psychosis. Her former husband, the father of her children, supports her defense, but some are questioning the role he played in this tragedy.
