On this episode, Linda and Dana talk to the owner of the Savanna Bannanas baseball team and author of The Yellow Tux, Jesse Cole.  Jesse shares how he took a struggling baseball team and turned it into a franchise with a massive wait list for tickets.  Jesse shares how he grew a huge fan base by creating an extremely memorable experience at the games, and by always asking "Is it fans first?" about any business strategy.  He explains how customers come and go, but fans never lead, and how to convert someone who may just be a customer into a fan.
