Anxiety: Making Hard Decisions E125

I know that making decisions can be scary and anxiety likes to get involved. I know that some decisions are hard while others may seem easier, but were they good decisions? How do we make wise decisions? Sometimes we can gain knowledge from others, sometimes when we help others... we discover our answers.
