You can ask yourself in quiet and stillness ‘what do I need? What do I want?’ We explore the meaning of intuition and how to reduce some of the negative self talk we want to rebuild the relationship with ourselves and our confidence. It is easy to be overwhelmed when we are quiet which seem counter-intuitive for many of us since we live in a context fill with noises and distractions. Then we talk about our underlying desires to the first layers of goals we have which ties into the desire for love and being loved.
