This week I'm sharing my chat with Mary Tighe (@birthingmamas ) who together with Jen created the agency, Doulacare Ireland. We chat about where her love of supporting birthing women originated. We chat about the various roles of a doula. We also dive into how the matches you up with the person that is right for you, this is one of Mary's favourite aspects of the job. She also discusses the process of a doula joining their team which I think is really important.We chatted for well over an hour which could have turned into a couple of hours.
