Stephanie Altenburger, CEO of Orange Theory Fitness

Meet Stephanie and Kurt Altenburger, the power couple behind bringing Orangetheory Fitness and Restore Hyper wellness to Northeast Ohio. In 2023 they co-founded Thrive Venture Group with Stephanie as the CEO, and Kurt as the Director of Construction and Facilities. With their partners, they worked to create a larger enterprise of now 26 studios with intentions of growing. This dynamic duo has been happily married for 11 years and share two beautiful children. They are driven by their shared passion for helping people live healthier and happier lives. Their impact has been felt in the Cleveland area from sponsored events with the Ohio Cancer Center, American Lung Association, and American Heart Association, while leveraging their platform to give back to the community, employees, and members.
