The amount of equity that Americans have in their homes increased by 80% or nearly $16 trillion, from the end of 2019 through the second quarter of this year, according to Bloomberg.  If mortgage rates continue to decline, ultimately homeowners will start taking out some of this new found wealth.  But what are the best uses of home equity?  We’ll share with you our list, this afternoon on the Jon Sanchez Show at 3pm.
