Stages of Change and Immunity to Change

Dan had read a book for a business leadership class called "Immunity to Change."
This is NOT a marriage book. It is a very dry organizational leadership book, but many points are worth discussing.

Why, if you want change, there is immunity to it. We will revisit the stages of change. Based on an addiction model for change, so much can apply when couples enter coaching/counseling in different stages of the change cycle.
