Den danske lægehelekopter ordning er igang med et nyt tiltag til præhospital hjertestop. Nemlig REBOA. De er med til at lave et præhospital studie på, om dette kan have en gavnlig effekt på overlevelsen for ikke traumatiske præhospital hjertestop. Studiet laves af St. Olavs Universitetshospital i Trondheim og udføres af HEMS crews fra baser i Norge, Italien og Danmark.
