She eventually worked her way up to Director of Catering and Conference Services and Director of Event Planning at several luxury hotels. In 2012, May decided to take all that she had learned and started her own event planning company, M2 Hospitality, building multiple 6-figures while shattering industry norms. Today, May is passionate about helping other event planners increase profitability, grow their business, and create on their own terms.
