ND dominates Sun Bowl, playoff recap, 2024 preview

On the January 2nd, 2024 edition of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's Irish Football, hosts Chuck Freeby and Angelo Di Carlo bring you a bonus podcast only edition to recap the Sun Bowl, the College Football Playoff Semifinals and look ahead to Notre Dame's chances in 2024.

In segment 1, Chuck and Ang look back at Monday's outstanding College Football Playoff Semifinals as well recap Notre Dame's performance in the Sun Bowl, including the standout play of Steve Angeli. The guys discuss whether or not there will be a true QB battle between Angeli and incoming transfer Riley Leonard. They also look at the improved play at wide receiver and the dominating performance of the Irish defense.

In segment 2, the guys look to 2024 and examine the strengths on defense and offense heading into a new season including the addition of new offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock. They also break down the 2024 schedule and discuss how the Irish will do in Marcus Freeman's 3rd season.
