Have you guys ever heard of the victim triangle? Oh man... I never had untill I was reading a fantastic book called, Codependent No More How to Stop Controlling Others and Start Caring for Youself by Melody Beattie. This was a real attitude adjuster for me! LOL
Anyway, I had never understood this before but once I became aware of this dymanic, I began to see how it was playing itself out in my life and how I it was impacting me.
Today I share some signs from the book mentioned above that give some words to experiences you may be having but couldn't communicate it. That's ok. We are emotional creatures.
I can identify with some of the list and I hope you can too if you have been a rescuser like me or are still currently rescuing.
