C&C 141: Transforming Grief into Purpose with Alicia Nolan

In today’s "Cozy and Connected" episode I am joined by Alicia Nolan, founder of “Choose to L;VE.” After her wife died by suicide, Alicia refocused her grief towards creating a positive impact through the launch of a t-shirt apparel company dedicated to spreading awareness of and raising funds for mental health awareness and suicide prevention. 

Alicia opens up about her personal healing journey, the impact of trauma on mental health, and the crucial importance of self-care and emotional awareness. She also shares how she's used her intuition and newfound spirituality to navigate her grief and create a positive impact in the mental health community, particularly within the LGBTQ community.
