The battling duo discuss with the good Dr. all about his Capstone projects for the University. The way that Capella University and other schools work if they have teams of leaners that require a project to work on as a team they may be in need of project ideas so if you company has an idea or a need for someone to work on a project at your company contact Dr. Chris Fichera directly and he can get you scheduled to discuss your project details.

Examples of projects could be: Maybe you need someone to help with marketing ideas, maybe you need someone to help find the best place to open a new office dependent on where you sell your product, etc. The sky is the limit, think business, think MBA. Once you get into the program you will work with the students for approx. 10 weeks in the MBA program to help with your issues. At the end of the term the students will give you a full final report on their findings.
