Your brain will absorb and automate whatever you feed it: stories rooted in fear or facts and future success. How can we silence the opinions of others and just ground our thoughts in the truth?

Allow yourself to slow down to speed up. Allow yourself to dream. Show up right now because your vibe attracts your tribe and there are people waiting to find you and hear your message in a way they can’t hear it from anyone else. [12:11]
