We discuss how to find motivation after a playoff loss like the Bills just had against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship, what it was like going from Georgia Tech, to the Houston Oilers, to the Buffalo Bills-- why he chose them, and what that experience was like. We talked about the attitude shift in the Bills' Alumni group and the current players with the installation of Beane and McDermott into the Bills' Organization, and the path that the current Bills' organization is headed.
