Does the Bible condemn Witchcraft: why suffer a witch to Live ( Ex. 22:18)?

The First mentioned of a witch dying and not fit to live is Exodus 22:18 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. Leviticus 20:6 And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizard, to go a whoring after them
