UNPACKING POSTPARTUM MATERNAL CARE WITH SHELLEY RAHIM

This week I am speaking to Shelley Rahim who is the CEO of New Mother Care giving. I got drawn to Shelley's work on Instagram, and fell in love with her approach to postpartum maternal care. She's educating western mums on the traditional practices that mothers and ancestors have practiced across the globe for ages to help mamas bounce back post childbirth to optimal health. Being Nigerian originally, I know the power of these practices, because I am blessed to have my mother help me daily with not just the babies but with my optimal functioning.
