WORLD ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS DAY 2 RECAP

Chris Chavez, Kyle Merber, David McCarthy Jasmine Todd and Katelyn Hutchison dive into another exciting day of track and field in Budapest at the World Athletics Championships! Day 2 saw drama in both the men’s 100m semifinals and final, surprises in the first round of the women’s 400m, and a close finish in the men’s 10,000m. Some of the most notable highlights of the day include: 

– Men’s 100m final: Unpacking Noah Lyles’ win in the 100m final + defending champion Fred Kerley not making it out of the semifinal
