Focus Your Habits

In today's episode of The Titanium Vault hosted by RJ Bates III, RJ talks about making sure that you focus your habits. Whereas this seems like a simple concept it is much more difficult when it comes to implementation. He talks about Andy Frisella's 75 hard challenge and how it allows you to modify certain aspects of the challenge to create habits to achieve your specific end goals. This should be the same way you attack creating focused habits in both your personal life as well as inside your business.
