Levi Morgan talks drug testing & Proctor calls

Levi explains how drug testing is welcomed with open arms but the implementation was not well thought out and didn't offer archers time to comply.Greg and Levi also discuss the change in Proctor calls and how the new rule was abused at the very first event.
