This week I am joined by author, interfaith minister, human-rights advocate, end of life caregiver and death literacy expert Barbara Becker. We discuss her new book "Heartwood: The Art of Living with the End in Mind." Barbara shares her intentions in writing this book and describes for us the delicate dance we do between life and death. How embracing the contradictions and paradoxes of life, allows us to freedom to live more fully and from a place of dynamic acceptance.
