As the market changes in Southern California, homes prices increasing, affordability decreasing and living expenses as they today, let’s address what Home Buyers are in a position to do now. I personally have helped many buyers purchase a rental prior to their first home. I think times are different than what they we’re in the past. Not only, are we in a more creative society but a lot of people don’t want to work for 30 years + for a corporation and then retire.
