Today's episode is a classic segment from GaryVeeTV. Hiring your first employees can be tricky because you really don't want to mess up when you business is just in the process of growing. One thing that I preach on a consistent basis is that the goal should not be to take a long time to find the right employee and then hire them, but instead, hire a lot of different people and then fire anyone that is not working like you need them to quickly.
