Why do you think the highest paid person in any company next to the CEO is in sales? They are the reason the company exists. Window cleaning is hard. Sure we have some kind of re occurring services, but not like, say, the maid business or a janitorial company. We have to keep filling the calendar in order to have money the other 6 months until the next job. Sometimes I wish I ran a lawn care company just for the frequency and lower need for sales.
