Sean must deal with a regression to his fighting tendencies brought about by the unresolved trauma with his dad, exacerbated by working with him every day. Brian has a crisis of confidence as Charlie starts the process of trying to find a child to adopt. A new "Derek" has entered the fray as Gabby attempts to move on from her fling with Jimmy. And a fateful interaction with Louis spells out some potential future conflict for the entire group.
