Meanwhile in Russia, Alexander Dugin pens a letter and posts it on Twitter. This is no ordinary missive, however. He calls for the totalitarian militarization of the country as, he contends, Russia is engaged with the decrepit, boulevardier West and their neo-Nazi allies in Ukraine.

Western media outlets have elected to pooh-pooh such rhetoric as fanciful and non-threatening. More $300 million allotments to Kiev!

Sickening.
