In honor of the recent Martin Luther King day we spotlight the life of his daughter Dr. Bernice King and the grief she experienced in her life as a young girl. We also talk about the stigma behind men crying and how fighting tears could very well suppress feelings which can and most likely will cause more issues down the road.
