68. Handling Loneliness

The number one question I get asked is about how to handle loneliness. Even in a room filled with a lot of people, many will say they still feel lonely. And single moms with children in their homes also experience the pain of feeling alone.

In Hebrews 13:5, God promises to never leave or forsake us. The danger comes when the normal and uncomfortable emotion of loneliness turns into bitterness.

• Consider loneliness as a gift from the Lord

• Look at the lonely times as a gift to yourself

• Give your season of loneliness away by serving others in need
