Trusting yourself is an essential part of building your self-confidence. Your trust is a trait that can be trained, and should be trained. First, when training your trust, it is important to not wait for confidence – instead, act confidently. Second, we need to doubt our doubts! Most of what we say to ourselves when we doubt ourselves is a lie. The third strategy to train your trust is to be kind to yourself. Make sure your inner dialogue supports trusting yourself.
Power Phrase this Week: “I train my trust. I act confidently and my belief follows.”
