Our first serial killer case! Paul Michael Stephani, the weepy-voiced killer, terrorized the St. Paul-Minneapolis area from 1980 - 1982 until he was finally caught. What made him different from other serial killers was that after he committed a crime he would call 911 to let them know what he had done in what was described as a weepy voice. He was put on the police radar when witnesses identified him as the last person to see one of his victims, Barbara Simons alive. He was able to be brought to justice after his last victim, Denise Williams, fought back and injured him. So grab your cafecito and let's get into it.
