It took Russel Furr 19 years of being in the industry before he started his own business. And it was borne out of frustration! See, his market isn’t that big; only 18,000 people… and he noticed a glaring gap: most, if not all, of the companies there lacked customer service first as a priority. So, Culpeper Home Services was born, a modern plumbing company that focuses on the customer experience above all else. Fast forward 3 years, and he is on pace to finish 2021 with over $3M in revenue.
