1/4 cup grapefruit juice

Juice from half a lime

1/2 cup Topo Chico (or other sparkling water)

Optional: 1 ounce tequila

Steps for Paloma Mocktail: 

1. Pour the grapefruit juice, lime juice and Topo Chico over ice.

2. Stir about 20 seconds, top with a lime wedge, and enjoy!
