Mid-Session 30 Sep 16: Market loses most of yesterday’s gains

The ASX 200 is down 0.9% at mid-session, erasing most of yesterday’s 1.1% gain. Financials are weighing on the market, after a sell-off in European banking stocks dampened sentiment.
