Episode Three Bianka Downs

In episode three, we meet the very talented Bianka who wears many leadership hats! She is launching a 'leadership and confidence skills challenge' and we explore the importance of emotional resilience in leadership, maintaining vulnerability as a leader, the value of mentorship and role models, as well as the concept of work-life harmony.
