This is a recording of the talk by Vladyslav Starodubtsev at the public forum "Ukraine resists! Fighting back against Russian tanks and Western banks" organised by Green Left in Sydney on August 22, 2023.

Starodubtsev is an historian of Central and Eastern Europe and a member of the Ukrainian democratic socialist organisation Sotsyalnyi Rukh (Social Movement). He was speaking from Kyiv, Ukraine.
