Once an elementary school teacher of underprivileged students, Katie magnanimously gave one of her students a bike as a gift... and then realized there were many more underprivileged students out there who could benefit from her generosity. So she turned her gift for one student into a thriving non-profit organization that ensures bikes for every child who wants one-- regardless of that child's family's financial situation.
