The Burn Book Recipe:

• 1.75 oz mezcal
• 1.5 oz strawberry simple syrup
• 0.75 oz aquafaba or egg white
• 0.75 oz Aperol
• 0.75 oz lemon juice

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a tumbler or margarita glass.
