You Are An Exceptional Leader

I'm Spittn Fire to you leaders that listen to the 4 AM Daily Wake Up Podcast. It's time you embrace yourself as someone who is an exceptional leader. Often times in today's leadership style when a curve ball happens or when a decision needs to be made there, the leader is asking their followers what they need to do in addressing the curve ball.

The reasoning some leaders may give is, "I want to make sure my team is included in making the decision."

Are you sure it's not about you, as a leader, making the wrong decision, and receiving backlash because the pressure is so high?

Trust your instincts as a leader and make a decision. If you are going to strike out from the curve ball at least strike out swinging. If your decision is an awful one, trust that your team will point it out.
