Don’t Be A Slave to Expectation

Our human expectation of life events will enslave our hearts and could potentially destroy our faith.  God very seldom, if ever, operates according to our expectation or guidelines, but He is actively working even when we can’t understand.  Don’t be like the men on the road to Emmaus, who were walking WITH Jesus, yet communicating their disappointment at His death and resurrection TO HIM.  Hope in Jesus and Jesus alone to fulfill your vision of life in His way.
